Easter Bunnies...

Whether it’s the sheer delight in the idea of stuffing yourself full of delicious egg shaped chocolate or the thought of a relaxing and enjoying a stress free 4 day weekend, we all have our reasons for looking forward to the Easter bank holiday. If you’re staying at home or if you’re taking a well deserved weekend away we’ve compiled a list of fun family activities to give you and the children the spring break you deserve.

Across the UK, the
National Trust will be throwing itself into Easter celebrations. You can
enjoy the splendour of the listed properties and beautiful gardens whilst the children are kept busy with a range of Easter related activities such as Easter egg decorating and egg rolling to making bird boxes, there's so much going on that no matter where you visit it'll be time well spent.
If the weather takes a turn for the worst why not lets the little ones explore their creative side with these ingenious toys from Paperpod. Let their imagination run wild with these cardboard dens, play houses, rockets all made of cardboard ready for them to put their print on.

If you’re looking for a creative way to keep the little darlings
occupied during the Easter break why not enrol them in Roccoco chocolate’s deliciously educational Easter chocolate classes. Participants will get to make their very own chocolate nest and decorate an egg to go in it all whilst partaking in yummy hot chocolate, or if you can’t make the class why not enjoy the fruits of Rococo’s labour with this stunning hand painted (in chocolate) Hare (made of chocolate), that's almost to beautiful to eat (...almost)

Oscar style inspiration...

We were thrilled to see glamorous bumps stealing the show on the red carpet, with huge admiration for actress Paula Patton working a popping tangerine coloured Carolina Herrera gown, proudly showing off her lovely curves and glowy olive skin.

When asked what her husband Robin Thicke said to his wife when he first saw her dressed up & ready to hit the red carpet, he recounted: "Honestly, I think you look beautiful, you look perfect. You're the hottest baby mama around."

Top Right: Amy Adams showed off her neat little bump in a fabulous floor length blue gown to the Vanity Fair Oscar Party.

New mum Jennifer Hudson also joined the Vanity Fair party, looking sleek & sophisticated in a demure midnight blue gown. Having given birth just 5 months ago she looked a picture of elegance.

Congratulations Jools & Jamie Oliver!

TV chef Jamie Oliver and his wife Jools are expecting their fourth child, it was announced today.
Model and writer
Jools, 34, is due to give birth in September and the pair are said to be 'delighted'.
This comes less than a year after they became parents to their third daughter with the birth of Petal Blossom Rainbow in April 2009.

Jools has previously spoken of how her greatest ambition is to be a mother, and detailed her struggle to conceive in an interview with the PM's wife and patron of Wellbeing of Women - Sarah Brown .

Jamie recently spoke out about his wife's joy at motherhood .
He explained: "She just wanted to be a mother and that was it. Until she became a mother, I never understood how honest she was being.
She's a mum and that's her world."

We think that baby number 4 will be the best Mother's day present ever
Jools could receive, though we would gladly settle for one of Jamie's fantastic mothers day recipes! We think the Tuscan Tart looks particularly delicious.
